Porcelain Veneer
An older, large resin restoration on tooth #9 had developed recurrent decay, and a fracture was a concern. A porcelain veneer was selected as a conservative treatment option to preserve the natural tooth while restoring its appearance.
The patient's biggest priority was keeping her natural tooth and achieving a seamless, natural-looking result. A carefully matched porcelain veneer, crafted by Gold Dust Dental Lab, helped achieve that goal.

Composite Filling
An older amalgam (silver) filling on tooth #30 had developed recurrent decay, along with a fracture line extending down the lingual surface of the tooth.
The patient chose to replace the silver filling with tooth-colored composite resin to help protect the tooth and prevent the crack from progressing.
By addressing the issue early, the patient was able to preserve more of his natural tooth structure and avoid more extensive treatment, such as a crown or root canal.

Composite Restorations
This patient had cavities affecting four of her six front teeth, along with dental discomfort and anxiety. Her goal was to restore her dental health while achieving a cleaner, more natural-looking smile.
Tooth-colored composite restorations were used to repair the areas of decay and improve the appearance of her front teeth through a conservative treatment approach.

Full Mouth Rehabilitation
Years of severe teeth grinding (bruxism) had resulted in significant loss of natural tooth structure. The patient was also experiencing frequent, debilitating migraines. His primary goals were to preserve his natural teeth, restore proper function, and avoid the need for dentures.
Through a comprehensive, conservative restorative approach, Dr. Maggie was able to rebuild the worn teeth and restore his smile.
Following treatment, the patient reported that he had not experienced any additional migraines. While individual results vary, this case highlights the importance of addressing severe dental wear and restoring proper function.
