Root Dental Pediatric Membership Plan

Ages 0-7

$375/Year | $33/Month

Coverage

  • Panoramic imaging every 5 years (starting 
at age 6, as medically necessary)
  • Annual bitewing & periapical x-rays (n as medically necessary)
  • Exam & cleaning every 6 months

Discounts

  • 80% off emergency exams & x-rays outside of annual checkup x-rays (excluding CBCT)
  • 20% off additional cleanings, fillings, core buildups, extractions
  • 15% off crowns, root canals, partial dentures
